role
Product, architecture and development
## The problem
Tourist municipalities rarely have structured data about their attractions, events and visitor flow — which makes it hard to plan municipal tourism policy and measure its results.
## The solution
A platform with segmented entrances for visitors, industry professionals and public administrators: geo-referenced attraction registry, event calendar, registry of guides and venues, an observatory with indicators — and an AI layer with semantic search, personalized itineraries, recommendations and analysis for administrators.
## Architecture
- ▸Backend in Go 1.25 (Gin, pgx, sqlc) — a 2026 decision for performance and operational simplicity
- ▸PostgreSQL 17 with pgvector (semantic search) and PostGIS (spatial data)
- ▸Async queues with asynq on Redis
- ▸Next.js 16 / React 19 frontend
- ▸Multi-tenancy by subdomain
- ▸OpenAI integration for the AI use cases
